Fault Message Description / Effect
ANF011 Auxiliary Ground Fault This fault occurs when the ground fault
detection circuit in the MCC-ZLV is
triggered. The emergency shutdown
sequence will occur.
ANF012 Rotary Motor Blower Control This fault occurs when there is no feedback
Fault from the rotary motor blower. This will
prevent the rotary drive from operating.
ANF013 Rotary Input Power Fault This fault occurs if the power supply to the
rotary control circuitry is disconnected. This
will prevent the rotary drive from operating.
ANF014 Rotary Stall Fault This fault occurs when rotary motor stall
detection settings are 95% of stall armature
current and hot armature voltage drop at
100% stall armature current. This will
prevent the rotary drive from operating.
ANF015 Rotary Drive Incomplete This fault occurs if the drive armature
Sequence current signal is not active before a certain
delay. This will prevent the rotary drive
from operating.
ANF016 Rotary Drive Internal Fault This fault occurs when the rotary drive fails
to respond to the control panel. This will
prevent the rotary drive from operating.
ANF017 Rotary Field Loss This fault occurs if the rotary control field
current is less than 50% of weak field
current. This will prevent the rotary drive
from operating.
ANF018 Rotary Field Over Current This fault occurs if the rotary motor field
current exceeds 16.2 A (120% of maximum
running current of 13.5 A). This will prevent
the rotary drive from operating.
ANF019 Hoist/Pulldown Drive Internal This fault occurs when the hoist / pulldown
Fault drive fails to respond to the control panel.
This will prevent the hoist/pulldown drive
from operating.

Recommended Action Fault
1. Check the wiring and condition of all circuitry X
in the MCC-ZLV.
2. Check that the ground fault test button is not
pressed.
1. Check the operation and/or wiring of the
blower motor and motor contactor.
2. On the operator display, check for feedback
from the blower motor.
1. Check the connection and/or wiring of the
rotary control panel.
1. Adjust speed of the rotary motor.
