SYSTEM | MATERIAL + DIAGRAM

A system is a structuring of form. Theoretically, a

system involves material as the form and a
diagram as its structuring device. A system
without material is merely a diagram. A good
description of the diagram is given by Sanford
Kwinter in Atlas of Novel Tectonics:

"The diagram is an invisible matrix, a set of

instructions that underlies - and most
importantly, organizes - the expression of
features in any material construct. The
diagram is the reservoir of potential that
lies at once active and stored within an
object or an environment (or in every
aggregate or section of these). It
determines which features (or affects) are
expressed and which are saved. It is, in
short, the motor of matter, the modulus
that controls what it does."

A diagram can be thought of then, as Kwinter puts

it, a modulator that controls what matter does. So
a diagram can only be experienced through
material. A system without material is just a
diagram. This completely virtual construct does

9
not actually exist. A completely virtual system
such as this could be classified as absolute
potential.

The opposite condition is a little different

however. While a system could theoretically exist
without material, there is no system existing,
virtual or actual, that can be said to be without
diagram. There is always something structuring
material. The only case where the diagram is
seemingly absent is in an entity known as a blob.
The blob is a special system where the material
and diagram are exactly the same. The material is
its own structuring device. In a blob, material is
diagram.

The blob is the most simple of systems. It is the

only system with one component. This could be
classified as pure form. This pure form is static.
Any other component added to the system
transforms the blob.
INTRO | TOTEM

In the movie Inception, characters transport

themselves between the world experienced while
awake and a world experienced while asleep. As
the separation between the two worlds becomes
less distinct, their minds find it more difficult to
distinguish the waking life from their dream life.
To overcome confusion, these sailors of the
subconscious utilize a totem mechanism to create
a personal link back to reality. If ever the
individual questions the present psychological
status they happen to exist in, characteristics of
their personal totem device reinstate semblance
to their mind.

Exploring a dream world is not much different

than delving into the metaphysical world. Some
would even argue that the two are just versions of
one world. In order to arrive at any sort of viable
conclusion capable of affecting our outlook on life,
it is important not to lose our place during the
explorations into such worlds. With this particular
undertaking we need to allow ourselves a totem
that can be referenced whenever the need arises.
Real is information. This simple yet extremely
powerful sentence is our totem. It is the

11
foundation for which the proceeding philosophical
system is built upon. Just like in the movie,
creating a philosophical system requires an anchor
that reestablishes the mind's equilibrium. If
somewhere along the search we lose our way, this
anchor is there to preserve our sanity.

In philosophical parlance, this anchoring concept

can be likened to the Latin idea known as prima
facie. The literal translation is "first face". Think
of this first face as the initial irreducible condition.

Dissecting the structure of our prima facie and

recognizing how it is responsible for shaping our
existence is the subject of the first chapter. After
examining Reality and its relationship with
information, chapter two focuses on the
motivating influence of another familiar concept,
communication. Chapter three goes on to explain
the synthesis of communication and information.
Spawned from the interference during
communication, uncertainty emerges as one of
the most important characteristics of Reality. Not
until Chapter four do we build the bridge
connecting Reality with human life. Matter is
shown to be an interface the human intellect uses
to understand the relationship we have with
Reality. Concluding part one with a discourse
regarding the process of identification, chapter
five proves to be one of the most obtuse chapters
in this book. A radical exposition on the intellect's
methodology for identifying forms of matter along
with the potential pitfalls serves as an interesting
segue into part two. While the difficulty of this
chapter may prove to be a bit perplexing, the
mental stimulation afforded by its dense material
will leave your mind primed and ready to absorb
the fascinating discussions found in the second
part of the book. Faith, symbolism, and salvation
are a few of the topics included in part two that
promise to provoke a new sense of wonder.

In order to establish coherence, the chapters in

part one are sequentially laid out building upon
knowledge gained in preceding chapters. While
this sort of linear progression is useful in
establishing cogency, this linearity does not reflect
the true nature of Reality. Reality operates more
like a blob of happening. This blob is not divided
into stratified layers within a hierarchy. It is best
to keep this fresh in the mind as the details of this
meshwork blob are presented in the following
chapters.

By the end of part one, this blob will make much

more sense. However, the main objective of this

13
story is not to elucidate the nature of this blob.
Understanding blobicity is secondary to the central
purpose. Granted, this blob may just be a mere
abstraction conveniently created to deliver
nothing more than rhetoric. But the blob is not
only an invention of a mind. It is something much
more reverent. Regardless of how mystical the
blob appears, it is in fact the only thing that
matters. It is Real.
(blah)b | WHAT
FORMATION | REAL

Before the truth embedded in the word

information is revealed, a few words must be said
about the other two words in our totem sentence.

The word Real is merely a placeholder for the

mental image used in our mind to conceive
literally everything in existence. The universe and
all of the substance contained within it can be
reduced to the Real. Thoughts, ideas, or any other
ephemeral noumena can also be reduced to what
is Real. The branch of philosophy dedicated to
understanding the metaphysical nature of
existence is known as ontology. So ontologically
speaking Real is the one and only entity in our
world. It will be argued that nothing exists outside
of reality. This entity, known as Real or Reality is
irreducible. Reality is just the nature of the Real.
The two words mean exactly the same thing and
therefore can and will be used interchangeably.

The verb is, used extensively in the English

language, bridges isolated thoughts in a sentence.
Any subject represented by its corresponding
word exists in a vacuum isolated as ideal. In the
sentence Real is information, the word is provides
Real with an escape from its word-created

17
vacuum. In the singular instance of any word, the
subject represented remains stagnant. IS presents
itself to Reality as a catalyst. Through this potent
verb, Real finds its outlet. Using IS in the present
tense also has significance exposing Reality’s
temporality. Since the present engenders all other
temporal states with relevance, Reality exists only
in the present. Real is.

This brings us to, perhaps, the most integral piece

of this entire story. Information is a word
widespread in our vernacular. Globally dispersed
in various applications, its truth has been diluted.
In fact, through repetition and redundancy,
information has not only become trite, but applied
ineffectively, superficially attached to other
unworthy concepts. Information technology,
knowledge transfer, and information management
systems are just a few of these concepts that
unjustly relegate information to mere
compartments. To mend our relationship with
this abused word and return it to its proper
stature, we must take a detailed look at the
word’s linguistic structure and how it operates.

Three elements comprise the word information.

There is a root attached with a prefix and a suffix.
Each plays a significant role in the emergent
profundity created by their synthesis. "The whole
is greater than the sum of its parts" is exemplified
by the word information.

Form is the root. In general, form can be thought

of as any materialization of some abstract
virtuality. In regards to our story, we can equate
this virtuality with Reality. If Reality is virtual, then
form is a materialized instance of Reality. Form
shapes the blob into specificity. Recalling the
previous discussion regarding isolated words, this
specificity of form is stagnant in its isolation.
These forms exist in our mind as object
singularities. In Reality, however, forms do not
exist as they do in our minds. It would not be a
stretch to say that forms, as individuated objects,
are not Real.

Form begins to realize itself with the addition of

the suffix-ation. Combining -ation with form, the
static understanding in the mind is put in motion.
Formation is the process of form. Do not be
misled by the conventional usage of formation as
an identity. Formation is not a thing. It is a
process responsible for forming the blob of
Reality. When the root combines with the suffix,
static form morphs into dynamic formation. In

19
spite of its capability to form Reality, formation is
not Real. Almost. But not quite.

The prefix -in reifies formation. Reification, quite

simply, is a process for bringing "stuff" to life.
Think of life in this case as animation.
Personification, an example of reification,
animates non-living objects with qualities
displayed by living forms. Forming could be
described, then, as a process waiting to be reified.
Formation, along with being non-real, is dead
information. When attached to formation, the
ordinary prefix -in provides extraordinary results.
This new combination is the animation to an
ultimate truth.

If the process of forming is constant and

continually at work, then this ongoing process can
be referred to as in-formation. Reality is an
ongoing process of forming. It is always in this
process. This is the truth encoded by the word
information. Before information can be a material
substance, it behaves diagrammatically structuring
Reality. When associated with more specialized
topics, information evolves from a diagram to a
material substance. Real is information employs
the information diagram to convey understanding.
Regardless of its logical validity, this conclusion is
the secret to existence. I would not deny its
appearance as just a clever manipulation of word
usage. But to argue validity in a system, such as
logic, where the ambiguity of words can never
totally be eliminated seems trivial. Instead of
forcing words to submit to our whimsical systems
of knowledge, we should allow them to speak for
themselves. After all, words are just
representations of something that came before. If
we can allow the something being represented to
present itself more genuinely, then we can
comprehend its historicity more accurately.
Representations by themselves are not Real. But
what they have come to represent must have
been Real somewhere along the way. Finding this
somewhere is our mission.

This completes our foundation. The words form

and information will continue to be discussed in
our ongoing attempt to understand Reality. Form
in terms of identity will be the subject of chapters
four and five. Transporting information is the
topic of the next chapter. Here, information is
material for the communication diagram.

21
PROCESS | COMMUNE

The word communication can be broken into two

elements. Depending on the interpretation,
commune or common is the root. Regardless of
this ambiguity, common and commune
underscore the same linguistic construct. To seek
commune (or commonality) is to seek a bond
establishing relationships. These relationships
should enlarge ourselves by enlarging the network
for which our selfs can be extended. Individual
units unify into greater assemblages. These
greater assemblages provide the units an
opportunity for growth. In return, a member's
unitized purpose must transform into a common
purpose. The commune achieved should be more
than the sum of its discrete parts. Just as with the
word information, the suffix -ation transforms
commune into a process full of potential. To
continually seek commune is communication.

Transporting information (as material) is the

diagram embedded in communication. As the
present progressive form of the verb transport,
transporting is the ongoing action of relocating
substance. In this case, information is the material
being relocated. Normally, an act of
communicating information is referred to as a

23
transmission. Transmission is just an instance of
the transportation diagram.

One such device dedicated to transmitting

information is the internet. The two main
elements in the transportation diagram are ports
and connections. Ports are where the connections
join. A network is the articulation of ports and
how they are connected. The material being
transported dictates the articulation.

Ports and connections must be equipped with the

necessary capabilities to handle this material.
Personal computers, phones, and other electronic
devices are the type of ports accessed by the
internet for its transmissions. The transportation
diagram embedded in the internet is universally
applicable. Communication is defined as
transporting, not transmitting, information
because using transmission leads to a tunnel
vision. The idea of information and
communication existing solely in virtual
datascapes is the myopia we need to avoid. To
avoid this myopia and comprehend
communication totally, transportation is used. It
is the universal method for relocating substance.
This allows us to engage communication in a
dialogue much larger in scope. When engaged in
effective communication, information is
transported successfully.

25
INTER | UNCERTAINTY

If the self-portrait of Reality is information, where

does communication paint itself into the picture?
How do the two enliven the spirit and conquer the
demons? Central to this exorcism is the need of
the Real to communicate. Reality is constantly in a
process of forming itself. The need to continue
this process can be attributed to uncertainty.
Operating with a certain degree of uncertainty,
the Real engages in its material investigations to
diminish this spell of doubt. The motivation is also
the obstacle. Through communication, the
process of seeking commune, Reality addresses all
of its multi-form instances. To state it more
precisely, the Real is information to seek
commune with itself in the attempt to alleviate
the effects of uncertainty. The more effective the
communication, the less uncertain Reality is.

To avoid any confusion or apparent

contradictions, I must restate the main hypothesis.
The Real is the one and only entity that exists.
Participation in communication by the Real does
not contradict this hypothesis. There is only what
is Real. The negation or null state, non-Real, does
not exist. When we speak of Reality

27
communicating with its different forms, it may
suggest that Reality is somehow divided into
distinct entities awaiting some sort of gathering.
Conceptually, we use this suggestion to present a
mental imagery. As long as we understand that
any separation of Reality into parts is just an
illusion, the imagery in the mind is salutary. The
Real is not divided. It is the source of primal
unification. Reality is just a blob of happening.
There exist no division gaps to be bridged. The
need for bridges is a mirage. These mirages are
perpetuated not by what is Real, but by the paths
Reality chooses as its avenues for communication.
To imagine how self-imposed gaps are white
noise, permit me a metaphorical illustration.

Visualize two mountain peaks belonging to the

same mountain range. At the top of each peak
stands a person. I would have little trouble
convincing you that the two are separated by
space. Suppose the need arises for the two
people to exchange words. The distance between
the two peaks is too great for the human voice to
travel. Staying atop their respective peaks, the
inability to communicate persists. The division
gap remains intact as long as the two remain
ignorant to the fact that their separation is merely
perceived. Any sort of successful communication
results from knowing that the mountains connect
at the base. Trekking back down to this tectonic
merger, these intrepid mountaineers can relay
their messages successfully eliminating the
interference.

Extending this metaphor to the hyper-ambiguous

zone of Reality, different forms actualize into
mountain peaks. The more these peaks formalize,
the further they stray from their base of
unification. If this ascension continues and forms
forget where they come from, isolation ensues.
The perceived communication gap widens. As
much as our screams yearn for an audience, the
attempts to connect are futile. The gap is too
great. If we are not careful, we will lose ourselves
completely and with it our ability to communicate.
Before this happens, we must traverse back to our
voice and re-learn to speak. No matter how much
we seek reception; there exist certain frequencies
that remain undetectable.

Since the Real is everything, our self is just one of

the forms of Reality. Being just another unique
form of the Real, we face the same motivating
obstacles. We seek commune with ourselves just
as the Real seeks commune with itself. Falling
victim to the illusion that we are individuated from

29
our environments causes a discomforting friction.
We feel separated. Just as the mountaineers
ascend towards isolation, we too can become
over-extended and our own ability to
communicate decreases. To overcome this, we
must embrace uncertainty as motivation. The
Real needs us to understand the irreducible
partnership we share we each other. If we are to
reduce friction then we must accept Reality's ever-
flowing stream. Supplication to this flow creates
true novelty. The resulting insights deliver us to
ultimate truth.
FACE | MATTER

The substrate of communication is Matter. Used

in Physics as the basic building block of the
universe, matter can be thought of as the
interface for Reality. It is the entelechy of the
Real. Through matter, the Real envelops itself into
communicable forms. Matter is not necessarily
the concrete stuff we usually think it is. It is more
of an interaction. It is the agent employed by the
Real to handle reification. Using the simple
definition given earlier for reification, we can see
that Reality brings itself to a version of life that is
communicable. Life is a form of Reality. It is just
another product of Reality's quest to
communicate with itself. Matter, then, is the
canvas in which the Real communicates most
effectively within the form of life. Nothing that we
know or think or speculate about is unrelated to
matter. Nothing that we experience is immaterial.
Matter is extremely sophisticated in the forms
envisaged by the Real. Our intellectual capacity to
sift through this sophisticated material soup is not
powerful enough to master it. To try and
quarantine material into typologies is counter-
productive. This leads to dead ends because
matter is just the interface we use to connect. It
cannot be objectified.

31
Accepting matter as an interface allows us to
break down apparent complexities. Obscurity is
nothing more than a filter used for security.
Because we are of the same mold, we know this
instinctively. This primal knowledge is our escape
from the maze. To make our way through the
labyrinth, the limits of knowing must be
investigated.

As we scratch the surface and attempt to indulge

in epistemology, keep in mind that human
knowledge is based on a limiting dogma. With
these limits come choices. Every finite system
requires sacrifices so that resources may be
distributed optimally. Parameters in a closed
system dictate inevitable choices. Until we have
the ability to access everything instantaneously,
decisions are unavoidable. The choice you have to
continue reading is constant. You can continue to
entertain these thoughts or you choose to discard
them and focus your energy on something else.
We must all choose which battles we want to
fight. Regardless of the nature of the battle,
whether it is a philosophical investigation or a
contest of brute physical strength, the choice to
participate is voluntary.
These limiting parameters provide insight into the
methods used by our biological systems to acquire
knowledge. Information receptors operate in a
specific manner tailored to the unique needs of
any given form. Humans acquire knowledge
differently than rocks do. An evolutionary product
such as intellectuality exists as a tool humans
utilize in order to communicate. It is part of how
we know. The other part attempts to
approximate the knowledge not acquirable by the
intellect. This is known as instinct.

Instinct is an art. Any true art form deserves to

exist unadulterated without words attempting to
represent its essence. As such, instinctuality is
beyond the scope of our search and has only been
mentioned to emphasize the limitations on our
knowledge. Instinct is understanding the
possibility of knowing something without
knowledge of how we know it. The instinct picks
up where the intellect leaves off. As important as
the instinct is, it is not our direct focus. Instinct
will be discussed indirectly at appropriate times.
For now, the intellectual system of identification
deserves our undivided attention. Building an
identification framework to understand how our
minds process formations is essential.

33
SCALE | IDENTITY

In mathematics, there are two coordinates that

locate a point on a plane. For any given function,
values for dependent and independent variables
are represented on this graph as a point.
Considering the intellectual interface as a
function, the Temporal Sequence can be thought
of as the independent variable. This is the value
that is manipulated externally and used to
generate, through the rules of the function, the
dependent variable. In our system, this
dependent variable is called the Spatial Scale.
Acting as the complementary axis to the Temporal
Sequence, the Spatial Scale completes the
identification process for any given object.

TEMPORAL SEQUENCE Any computational

processing diagram requires specific requests in
order to begin computation. In our minds, a
question is one such request. A question is a
solicitation for knowledge. When attempting to
provide an adequate response to any given
question, there is more than one way to retrieve
the necessary data. When the question seeks to
know what something is, the mind can take one of
two paths. One of these paths leads to
understanding how the subject under

35
consideration is made up. Examining the whole of
the subject by breaking it up into smaller more
localized parts provides answers into the history of
formation. This historical record helps the mind
expand the subject's present form into a larger
global context.

Take the question, what is paper? Breaking down

the subject, Paper, into its constituent parts, we
can provide a suitable answer. Paper is a
homogenized pulp made from wood particles
utilizing a chemical adhesive as a bonding agent.
By addressing the subject in terms of its formation
process as well as its subordinate components, we
begin to discover its historical record. The history
of the subject up to any particular moment is
encapsulated in a singular event as an identity.
The infinitely many identities comprise, what I
have termed, the Temporal Sequence axis. Any
identity can be extracted from the sequence as an
initial state for separate investigations. In our
example, we communicate with this particular
historical record at one specific point through an
ongoing formation known as Paper. Paper is just a
snapshot image we can use as an input for other
intellectually manufactured systems in our minds.
Although these identifying labels are not real as
such, the value they hold as placeholders in our
mind is substantial. When coupled with Reality,
these mental shortcuts allow the creation of novel
systems to transpire. Remember, systems are
composed of material and diagram.

Before moving on to the complementary Spatial

Scale axis, a clarification is needed. Just like any
point along a continuum, these identities have no
substance. To understand an identity, such as
paper, intervals along the identity's
respective Temporal Sequence, must be studied.
Nothing is the only thing that exists in vacuum
singularities. This is the reason that the Temporal
Sequence is termed as such. Events of happening
make sense only through the sequencing of other
events. The dynamics of flow prevent singular
instances any sort of sovereignty. Since time is a
flow, any intellectual capture of time exists
through our identification processes. As artificial
as it may be, we choose where to stop this
temporal process catering to our own intellectual
needs or requests.

SPATIAL SCALE Consider the original question,

what is paper? Extracting paper from its Temporal
Sequence and using it as the input to create a new
system, a different answer may be elicited.

37
Paper is a substrate used to display graphical
symbols in order to transport meaning from one
mind to another. This answer does not focus on
the substantial make up of Paper. Instead, it
anticipates relationships with other forms to
supply some purpose for the material form known
as Paper. The supposed relationships depend on
interactions taking place at a given scale. This, of
course, is the reason why this axis is so aptly
named Spatial Scale. When engaging this axis, the
Paper (as form) is not under consideration. Paper
is the fundamental axiom in this new system of
exploration. To a human being, the above answer
provided makes sense. To a bird, Paper doesn’t
make sense as a substrate for writing. To a bird,
Paper may be fodder for building a nest. In both
cases, however, the purpose of Paper is variable,
not the form. The form, extracted from the
Temporal Sequence, is constant. Depending on
the scale that the form is engaged, there may be
numerous purposes all predicated on how the
Temporal Sequence input is defined.
Predator/prey, symbiosis, parent/child are all
examples of trademark spatial relationships using
static identities extracted as inputs from the
Temporal Sequence.
These two axes, Temporal Sequence and Spatial
Scale, when utilized in conjunction with Reality's
material systems provide the intellect with a
method to acquire knowledge. The resulting
identities produced by one sub-system become
inputs for the creation of other sub-systems. The
mind creates these systems to control the
inevitable chaos encountered when order is
absent. How we choose to identify a particular
form of matter is how we "see" it in our minds. In
order to communicate more effectively,
sometimes we must choose to change the
coordinates that point to a position of an identity
stored in the memory reservoirs. More often than
not, this choice is not instinctual. It must be
practiced. Designers, artists, craftsmen, etc. thrive
on seeing Reality differently. To trace a Temporal
Sequence, belonging to any given identity, back to
its original state is to arrive at the ultimate prima
facie condition. Just before the Real is
information, its null-state exists as void. The void
is not ontologically different from Reality. It is a
state lacking formation. Asymptotic to the
moment of information, this state is Real. At this
state, the Spatial Scale is undefined. Every point
along any given Spatial Scale is the same value
regardless of the value of the independent
variable. This is ultimate potential. Pure diagram.

39
We have reached the conclusion to the first part
of our story. The remaining investigations are
intended to inspire rather than educate. It is
comprised of ethical scenarios that exist in the
course of life. These ethical inquires build upon
the foundation laid in this first part. As with any
doctrine of ethics, the behavior of our self within a
system of Reality is the central thesis. These
proceeding inquiries are practical applications
resulting from the theoretical core just presented.
(blah)b | AFFECTS
ESCAPE | FAITH

Uncertainty has already been ascribed as a

motivating force to spur the Real into action. As a
form of Reality, uncertain conditions affect our
lives in the same manner. The present is always
uncertain and the method we have created to
manage the unknowing is called faith. Devised as
a mechanism for coping with effects stemming
from an inability to ascertain prospective events,
faith is our anti-future. The future exists as a
mirror reflecting fears into our present. Implied by
this metaphor, the future is not Real. It is reactive
in its nature valid only as a placeholder. Filling a
void created by future's irrelevance, faith
substitutes value in the place left vacant by a
fleeting future.

Narrow in scope, most of the conventions

associated with faith lead to misinterpretations.
While visions of spiritual worships, such as church,
are inextricably linked to faith, these are just
consequences defected from faith. Notions of
God and belief in supernatural beings are only
manifestations of faith. What may seem as the
antithesis of faith, science as a system is actually
an integral component built to manage

43
unforeseen contingencies. Empirical observations
lure us to dispel our faith-based understandings
and accept scientific conclusions as Real factual
moments of tangible knowing. Conclusions of this
sort do provide a sense of security, but should be
put into proper perspective. With any system,
science operates within a set of parameters. As
long as "facts" stay within these artificial
boundaries, there is no need to reference faith as
a relevant contributor. In mathematics, 2+2=4 is
an impossible statement to refute as false. This,
however, is not an inherent truth found
organically. Allowing such systematic conclusions
to transcend Reality decreases our ability to
communicate. To counter this, fabricated systems
must be relegated to their proper place in Reality.
Absence of faith, while required within such
systems to produce valuable insights, is self-
defeating. Negotiating system produced insights
with Real knowledge to arrive at the ultimate
truth is only achieved through faith.

It is important to emphasize that these systems,

operating as vacuum ideals, are significant.
Controlled environments protected from variables
difficult to account for in Reality potentially lead
to innovation. Hypothetical scenarios, such as
thought experiments, utilize idealistic constraints
to gain perspective about specific phenomena.
Assuming the limitations are known in advance,
vacuum ideals are very productive exercises.
Practical utility comes from many such exercises.
Most of our cherished luxuries come out of these
hypothetical processes. Insurance companies
could not provide risk aversion commodities
without actuaries modeling contingencies in a
simulated world. By-products spawned from
scientific and industrial experimentation usually
find a spot on the shelf in retail outlets around the
world. The creation of knowledge is one such
product. In this case, true novelty happens. So to
ignore the significance that simulations have
would be a mistake. In fact, some have gone so
far to suggest that our whole system of Reality is a
mere simulation. In these theories, axiomatic
conditions approximate ultimate truths isolated
inside a fabricated milieu.

Ignorant to this fact, we take these

approximations as Real. If this is actually the case,
and we live in a simulated Reality, faith is much
more imperative than originally thought. To
escape the prison built upon our ignorance and
facilitated by our intellect, faith may be the most
essential tool at our disposal. It is our direct
connection to Reality.

45
To perpetuate acceptance of this simulation,
security from uncertainty must be offered as a
substitute for what is Real. Avoidance of
uncertainty, however, is in direct contradiction to
the motivating principle of existence. Embracing
uncertainty, not avoiding it, disintegrates the
symbolic control of simulation. Our lives need not
be symbols for what is Real. Representation of
this kind is a shortcut appropriated by ignorance
to incarnate itself symbolically.
ISOMORPHIC | SYMBOLISM

Language is symbolic. From the conclusions of the

last chapter, it may be deduced that language is
ignorance. In some cases, this proves to be true.
When a metaphor is mistaken as a substitute for
Reality, ignorance is perpetuated. We can avoid
these ignorant practices as long as metaphors and
other symbolisms exist in their proper places.
Metaphorical systems, such as language, are
agents of progression when generating Real forms
instead of supplementing them. This is an
important distinction. Problems arise when
metaphors are stripped of their material
historicity. Allowing symbolic metaphors
independence from their material ancestry, gross
representative degradations replace the Real
historical record. However, it is difficult to
differentiate between Reality and its alluring
representation. The line is thin. When walking
this line, the task is knowing which side to fall on
when we lose our balance. Practicing this stunt is
how we grow. Just knowing that representation
comes from Reality is a good start.

Words are no different. As representations, words

have come to stand for their material origins.

47
Actually, through the process of evolution, words
have found their own material form. It may seem
absurd to suggest that a linguistic construct is
nothing more than a material incarnation. At the
most basic level, words and the paper they are
written on are made of the same stuff. Everything
is Real, but lines of the evolution of Reality find
different forms.

Materiality is not wholly enveloped inside

tectonics. Yes, tectonics is a landscape that
matter has traversed. From tectonics, however,
matter has entered into a genetic state of
existence. The genetic age is how matter exists
now. As evolution of Reality continues, matter
seems to seek linguistic outlets for its forms. The
Real, acting through matter, finds novel forms of
communication in its developing linguistic face.
These forms, not substantially different than
previous forms, do exist as paradigm-shifting
assemblages. Culture is a precursor to the coming
age shift. Matter now replicates itself not only
genetically but within mimetic interchanges.
Memes are a cutting edge form of replication
resulting from the genetic/linguistic transition.
More will be said about how these different ages
affect interpretations of beauty in a following
chapter.
These various examples of material form illustrate
the sophistication of Real evolution and its
overarching scope. The eons spent milling about
through countless bifurcations has refined Reality
beyond comprehension. This sort of refinement is
only made possible through generations of
experience. In an effort to shortcut this process
and plunder the Real for its priceless wisdom, the
delinquent form known as symbolism burrows
itself into Realty's hide. Branching off of the main
evolutionary progression, this parasite latches on
to its Real brethren to take advantage of its
toilsome labor. Symbolism, disguised as Reality,
blends in to disrupt communication. This form of
Reality is an enemy to those that seek ultimate
truth. Detecting the enemy is just as troublesome
as defeating it. Take a thought for example. Its
complexity is embodied by its extreme
intangibility.

MIND | TRANSLATION

Thoughts aren't affirmatively Real. To materialize

a thought requires a process. Take the ink on this
page. This is the beginning of a life. In a world
where Reality counts for everything, this material
birth is most crucial to a thought's development.
A single pen stroke may seem simple enough, but
complexities begin to mount at a dizzying rate. At
first, this innocent mark is just a stain reminding us
what happens when a liquid medium mixes with
an absorbent substrate. Not soon after, this stain
vectorizes itself with data evolving into direction
as a line. Genetic texture emerges out of this
tectonic interplay. Our sensory receptors
anticipate something greater than just physics
inherent in these harmless ink happenings. All of
a sudden, these lines assemble themselves into
linguistic modules escaping the genetic tyranny of
mere sensation phenomena. There is meaning
here. Letters grow from these arbitrary shapes.
Language, as the cultural precursor of our own
evolution, happens. Still, this language is not Real.
The effect it has on matter, however, is intensely
relevant. The pressure for adaptation causes our
present situation to participate in this culturally
dynamic current.

51
Trees and rocks become shade and projectiles.
Shade and projectiles become homes and war-
machines. Houses and tanks become nostalgia
and decadence. Feelings of abandonment and
escapism become poems and revolution.
Everything seeks higher ground when water
comes to collect. Just as this black-ink seeps into
its wood-pulp substrate, our thoughts solidify into
the mountains of our children. Liquid materialism
has no bounds devouring everything ephemeral
eventually. When the tides descend, new
treasures spark novel contemplation.

Acknowledging the nature of language and

symbolism is the first step. Recognizing forms of
symbolism is a much more difficult obstacle to
overcome. Symbolism is not evil, per se, but its
infectious allure to bypass the Real process of
materialization is highly deleterious and must be
cured. The ability to realize ultimate self-forming
potential resides in our commitment to evade
compromising obsolescence. There is something
greater at stake than just our happiness or
satisfaction. In this battle for liberation, our
salvation hangs in the balance.
PRISON | SALVATION

Saving our self is an arduous task. Escaping this

prison will test our fortitude. Before attempting a
prison break, however, we must ask our self if the
consequences that come with freedom are
agreeable with our dispositions. Do you want to
exist outside of the parameters a prison offers?
The answer may seem obviously affirmative. No
one would willingly live in a place called prison.
This place, where there is no time for leisure, is
scary. Mental images of dark dirty dungeons and
rats scurrying to and fro along the edges of the
confines remind us that prison is no place anyone
wants to live. Even more civilized prisons, ones
with bare white walls inside an institutional
kennel, don't induce a pining for such a habitat.
This may just be an illusion protected by the word
itself.

Whatever picture is painted by the word prison, it

is only a linguistic construction. As we digress
from the severity of the word prison to less
abominable names such as bondage, the concept
of slavery morphs into more agreeable
confinement. The modality of enslavement
changes with the words used to represent it.

53
Purely tectonic barriers utilized in correction
facilities morph into apparatuses less physical in
substance. Even words like obligation and
commitment imply slavery. It’s just that the
shackles used to coerce its victim into
subservience are more covert binding devices. The
more tectonic the chains, the more we know we
are slaves. As prison chains transform
linguistically into dutiful determinism, the
sanctions imposed on our freedoms become more
self-generated.

This is what I suspect is meant by the term

salvation. Knowing the consequences of our own
self-impositions and deciding how to define
imprisonment. It is the method of escaping our
self that must be cultivated. Allowing our shapes
to fit properly and discovering the very nature of
the institutional wardens holding us against our
truth is crucial. Salvation is the genuine
acquisition of knowledge so primal that ignorance,
preventing us from jumping in the river that flows
with Reality, dissipates.

Comparable to the art of the samurai swordsmith,

acquiring salvation is never perfected only
practiced. The craft undertaken is where
exaltation is found. The practice of our life is a
forging process requiring attention and respect for
the forces at work. We can neutralize opposing
forces by mobilizing the beneficial forces of craft.
When any action is performed repetitiously
enough to transcend monotony, meditation
generates craft. Carving a piece of wood or
striking a golf ball countless times on a range
indulges a sense of unity, taming our anxieties. We
find willingness to let go. No longer trying to be,
we just are. Saved from obsolescence.

55
READ | CRAFT

Not all monotonous action translates into

meditation, however. Voluntary cooperation, not
a reward, is necessary as primary motivation.
Rewards are used to appease ambition. In this
way, ambition is antithetical to craft. Rewarding
behavior is a means to distract us from
communicating with Reality. There is no Real
connection between goals and rewards. The
stimulation used to procure anticipated treasures
is superficial. Superficiality is a dangerously
binding contract, one that may require excessive
litigation to annul. Therefore, we can never free
ourselves from the bondage created by ambition.
This lack of connection is the major distinction
between reward behavior and craft behavior.
Prestige, money, fame, sex are all parts of a
sophisticated plan meant to mis-form the Real.

So, again, we see that the Real is its own enemy.

It must continually refine the search for itself.
Even if we are fortunate enough to find craft that
excites true passion, we must still be weary of
what lurks in the shadows. Extremely vulnerable
to false passion trails, the intellect, built upon its
own evolution, yearns for identity encapsulation.

57
This is why we latch on to "objects" of our
affection. To say, "I am passionate about music,"
is insecurity embodied by hope in a purported life
craft. Filled with doubt, hiding behind these
identities, we are scared that our fraudulent selves
will betray us.

Individuals spend their entire lives building

fortresses to ward off doubt. Doubt is a powerful
agent of construction. Promulgation of the self
results from the monuments we build to honor
the self's projection. As the promulgating
campaigns garner more attention, deeper the
doubt burrows into our being. Always on the
fragile brink, catastrophe inches closer with each
additional brick. Craft is the anecdote to
catastrophe. By practicing craft, our life starts to
craft itself. The Real flourishes.

As a blank canvas, Reality paints its beauty. Living

through craft, the consciousness wanes as we
transcend the limiting mechanisms of
understanding. The intellect is no longer relevant.
The future no longer exists when nowhere is our
destination. Surprisingly, the escape is not a
departure but an arrival. Here we find an eerily
familiar freedom. The prison of enumerable
temptations once holding us captive is still present
but operating differently. No longer is there a
slave/master dynamic to contend with. This is
more like a fluid/form dichotomy. In this
intermediary state, we broker viscosity and its
restriction to flow. The perfectly fluid automaton
allows its own uninhibited form. Limits and laws
govern our shape no longer. This is not freedom.
This is beauty. Revealed by craft, this beauty is
the Real aesthetic.

59
AGE | AESTHETIC

Is it how we see or what we see that is beautiful?

Neither. It is more primitive and irreducible than
can be captured by any intellectual system. The
experience of beauty is un-objectifiable. It exists
beyond our self. Due to an inextricable link to
what is sacred, beauty transcends relationships
between forms. As we venture away from
sacrality, experience becomes more profane.
These are two polar extremes providing an
aesthetic dynamo. Both poles acting in
conjunction as a beauty battery also mark out the
boundaries between adjoining aesthetic ages. Any
particular age is a macro-form of matter governing
our actions in the aesthetic realm. The current
Genetic Age is sandwiched between the Tectonic
Age and Linguistic Age. We can only know where
we came from (Tectonic Age) and where we are
headed (Linguistic Age). Before or after the
adjoining ages, characteristics of beauty are
unknown. Within each age, there is a scale of
aesthetics ranging from both extremes, sacred and
profane. Once only a virtual sponge, the age
existing between two poles begins to soak up
forms. As the number of forms increase, level of
profanity increases approaching a critical

61
saturation threshold. Sacrality becomes less
abundant and resembles Reality less and less.
Nearing the inevitable bifurcation where a new
age of aesthetics emerges, nostalgia is substituted
in place of sacrality to ease the transition.

Each of the two polar extremes exists as both

sacred and profane depending on the current age
and the direction from which it is approached.
What is considered absolutely profane in one age
transforms into absolute sacrality at the time of
bifurcation. The new age finds beauty in what the
preceding age sees as ugly. While we can never
know the exact moment of bifurcation, its
consequences make us aware to its happening.
Through examination of what is held sacred in our
current age, we can trace the transition back to its
origin. The phenomenal sunset is one such clue.

Experiencing a sunset unleashes primitive sacrality

upon our being. No longer do we feel
disconnected with our environment and its
surrounding truth. We are not in our environment
but realize that we are our environment. This is
the sacred truth of where we come from. This
understanding of the sacred in our current Genetic
Age allows us to extrapolate assumptions about
the prior Tectonic Age. This preceding age must
have found utter profanity in the sunset
experience. The same beauty we see in the sunset
was seen as ugly. This ugliness in the universe
eventually resulted in the age shift. The increasing
level of profanity within the sunset and everything
else surpassed the saturation threshold. The
Tectonic Age evolved into the Genetic Age. At
once, the sunset no longer contained ugliness. It
is now a link to Reality for the Genetic Age
formations. As an artifact of our historicity, the
sunset is now extremely beautiful.

Another beautiful experience is sex. As an act of

supreme regeneration of life, the sacrality in
sexual reproduction is profound. This, however,
will not always be the case. As the need for sex
becomes obsolete, so will its sacrality. It is
absorbing profane qualities constantly along a
common trajectory. From its sacred origins as a
generator of life to a profane sophisticated
manipulator, its trajectory is becoming evident.
Tracking this trajectory can help predict an age
shifting bifurcation.

From scantily-clad models to subtle instigations by

advertising firms to brand products, sex could be
an indication of a critical saturation in profanity.
Everything that is sacred and Real transforms into

63
cultural representation. With enough power and
energetic influx into this aesthetic system, the
threshold will be crossed into the Linguistic Age
where subliminal sexual innuendos are held as
absolutely sacred. All that will be left is an
undeniable nostalgia for the Genetic Age where
sunsets were beautiful, not the perverted
photographs of them. It may be hard to imagine
an age when pornography is esteemed as
monumentally sacred enjoyed for its spiritual
awakenings. If the evidence supporting this
trajectory is accurate, this is where we are
headed. Once this new age is reached, we will
know no different. This reaction to our new
sacrality will be organically visceral. Just as
impossible it is to imagine an age where sunsets
are considered profane, it will be impossible for
whatever receptive entity existing in the coming
Linguistic Age to imagine how pornography and
consumer manipulation could once have been
considered anything but absolutely sacred. The
ones to receive these aesthetic codes know only
beauty by its affects, not its method.
CODE | ANALOG

Whether these receptive entities are human or

something yet to exist, there seems to be a digital
mapping in the works. The values of sacred and
profane may just be the 0's and 1's for which some
universal code is being written. If we are not
already, we may become robotic code readers
processing aesthetic informations. As a result of
our processing, higher level forms of Reality
emerge to tackle larger codes. These codes being
written are not digital, however. Strictly material
in origin, these codes are substantially analog. All
we can do is decipher them.

When speaking of analog and digital, we must

understand their relationship in regards to matter.
Analog and digital are often viewed as opposite
methodologies. This is not entirely accurate.
While digital and analog methods do differ
significantly in technological and industrial
applications, the two are not diametrically
opposed. In fact, digital is just a product of
analog. Analog is a way of classifying matter into
intervals of value. Matter generates its own
threshold boundaries by its internal parameters
and structuring diagram, whatever that may be. A

65
digital system is just the representation of these
values using abstract categorizing placeholders
based on given indexical rules. The binary system,
utilized by computers, is one such example.

Computers use the two binary digits, 0 and 1, as

indicators for the corresponding physical states off
and on. Using predefined intervals, these digits
concentrate amounts of energy into single
codexical triggers. The code triggers physical
switches to shut, completing the circuit, or stay
open, killing the circuit. All of these localized
switches perform a symphony of motion in order
to arrive at some particular computational output.
This is fueled materially by a flow of electrons
through transistors. Certain measurements of
energy, such as voltage, are cataloged into these
predefined intervals. Each interval is given either
a 0 or 1 based on the operational needs of the
computer hardware. The digits become the
language we use to interact with this materially
energetic field. The flow of electrons provides
digital programs the energetic field necessary to
fulfill its organizing schema. This electronic flow
along with our ability to modulate energy using a
series of valves is an analog process. Digital
programs are spawned from this process to allow
us to interface with matter. A digital program is
not some entirely different entity. Digital is just a
more linguistic form of matter emerging to
facilitate and stabilize its own evolution. The
more of these digits that enter the equation, the
more complex digital structures seem. Linguistic
evolution complexifies digital systems and appears
to exist as some new form of Reality. This is an
illusion. Regardless of how complex digital
systems become with the advancement in
computer architecture, it still comes down to
matter and our ability to regulate its flow.

Analog and digital systems are not exclusive to

industrial applications. The presence of their
relationship is noticeable in something much more
personal than technological gadgets. Our own
bodies exhibit analog/digital dynamics. The
prevailing theory regarding the growth and
development of an organism assumes the
presence of some sort of code found inside the
DNA structure. This code is said to be a blueprint
providing a sort of instruction manual for
assembly. Using proteins made of specific
combinations of amino acids along with this
magical DNA coding device, our bodies build
themselves by following a digitized algorithm.
While the accuracy of this theory is not under
assault, it is not complete. It is too digital in its

67
appearance. The question, then, is not if the code
exists but what is it really made of? Since there is
sufficient evidence to support the existence of this
process as a biological fact, there needs to be a
different approach to overcome established bias.

How do our bodies exist outside of ourselves and

read a code for its own assembly? It seems purely
ideological and somewhat mystical to assume that
ephemeral codes can be foundationally
responsible for life. To understand the code and
its substance, the origin of its digitality must be
uncovered.

This is no small feat. Perhaps, this is the

fundamental direction biological investigation will
take in the coming decades. Already, there is
exciting theories being put forth that may help
bridge this analog-digital gap. Just as binary digits
in a computer program act as an interface,
perhaps the genetic code is a sort of interfacing
agent matter uses to communicate with its forms.
As already established, there must be an analog
base that spawns its digitized representation. This
is exactly what has been purported by scientists
studying embryogenesis. Instead of relying on a
highly abstract digital coding explanation of
organism development, these scientists dig
deeper and find truth in purely material analog
coding. Evidence supporting this new theory
suggests that there is an actual analog code
embedded within the flesh of our bodies.
Processes of development are organized through a
series of folding prescribed by textural mappings
found on the inside walls of cellular membranes.
Folding, a universal shaping mechanism, has been
shown as a possible cause explaining a variety of
forms of life regardless of specie type. A toroidal
membrane emerges as the isomorphic shape
found within subsequent nestings of several
iterations of the process. A torus, the necessary
shape governing the matter, is responsible for the
self-organizing capabilities of embryogenesis.
Materially imbued with the diagram of growing a
life form, the flesh is its own creator.

Without delving further into the fascinating

details, the self-forming potential exhibited by
toroidal membranes suggests that a creator is not
needed for life to flourish. Flows of energy within
a material field supply internal logic to not only
form its present state but also provide
opportunities for novelty under unpredictable
circumstances. Following the textural (not
representational) map Reality can propagate
organically. When maps are devoid of digital

69
artificiality, they become the territory being
mapped. In this case, the analog topography
along the membrane walls, mapping the folding
process, is the Real territory of life. Analog coding
of this nature is not a new phenomenon. It is
ubiquitous throughout Reality. The codes are
simply causes of unplanned outcomes. Since the
outcomes cannot be planned, there is no reason
to assume the codes are pre-meditated. Even to
refer to them as written codes is misleading.
These are not retroactive interactions with the
past. Instead, these codes use an apparatus
provided by previous discarded codes in an
ongoing writing process. Regeneration of material
forms allows a present full of potential.

Take for example the TV series, The Price is Right.

Plinko, a popular game using a board with an array
of metal pegs, is one such material field formed as
a potential outlet for analog coding. The metal
pegs work in association with variable forces to
formulate novel coding existent on the verge of
the present. Air friction, gravity, player's whim,
etc., all contribute to the coding synthesis of an
event. The final resting state of the Plinko disk is
the most anticipated of these events. This
outcome dictates how much money the
contestant wins for participating in the writing of
the code. Good luck may just be another means of
expressing that a code has been successfully read.
As we allow ourselves to become more natural
code-readers, we become sharpened tools for
Reality to work with. Refining the tools we
become afford us new message decoding
opportunities.

Extending this metaphor a step further, suppose

that there are higher order assemblages using
these tools (our self) to craft their own Reality.
Just as a craftsman uses a hammer to fulfill a
purpose, these assemblages use us and our
creations for some higher level purpose. All of
what we do, all of what we create are just layered
chunks of codes fractally dispersed throughout our
datascapes. The buildings we build and the
movies we make are examples of a higher level
language comprised of syntax and meanings we
can never comprehend. While the yearning to
learn this systemic language is present, all we can
hope to achieve is successful readings of the codes
we have been equipped to untangle. The more
fluid and less viscous we are as actors in this giant
codex theater, the closer we get to selfhood.

The purpose intertwined in selfhood has not been

written. It is not a static code. Actually, it is in the

71
process of being written and ever-changing. In its
naked state, the truth shows us that we are
writers just as we are readers of this code.
Discovering how to read and write simultaneously
removes certain filters that distort Reality and its
underlying truth. Removing these filters reveals a
more sincere form of purpose, one that can only
be reserved as a revelation. One strange
characteristic with any revelation is the
requirement of a finite duration. Time, as an
ultimate parameter, affords relevance to ultimate
purpose. Such a finite parameter is exhibited
beautifully in an all too familiar eventuality.
Acting as both motivator and contextualizer, death
becomes an integral piece of the code. It is a
peculiar piece that has the capacity to complete
its own form.
VIA | DEATH

No critical thinking must be undertaken to figure

out why this verse was planned as the last in my
song. Aptly named, this concluding verse unites
this brief survey of ethical anecdotes. Intended to
inspire further thought, the original intent was
mapped out using key ideas I felt closest to.
Identity, selfhood, representation, materialism
were some of the parameters used to focus and
complete activity. While it may be true that
nothing is ever complete, there do exist moments
of rest offering opportunities to enjoy reflection.
Fulfilling this promise to myself, I feel satisfaction
in my ability to stay the course. Whether or not I
have actually said anything useful is not for me to
dwell on. There are an infinitely many ways to say
something, but only one way to do it. The
experience of doing is unique to the moment it is
done. That is as close to control as we can get.
Ignoring this and seeking control through
judgment narrows an already myopic vision. The
longer we can suspend judgment, the bigger the
picture we can see. Regardless of how the
execution of this story will be perceived, capturing
these thoughts was more than anything, an
exercise in living.

73
Through living we experience benchmarks along
the way. Whether these are natural or artificial,
they remind us of our finity. Artificial deadlines
we impose on our duration serve as catalysts for
action. These are the games within the game.
Without these temporal boundaries, nothing
would be the only thing that is relevant. To avoid
nothing as ultimate relevance, these parameters
infuse our existence with meaning. This is the life
I have known and with no other frame of
reference, this is all I can know. Living a life of
temporality, I must accept death with an utmost
respect. It is our meaning. Without death, there
is no relevance. Life would cease to be potential.

Just as this book was crafted under parameters,

death provides the same impetus for life. As a
fulfillment of life, death is a self-fulfilling
prophecy. In many dialogues, a self-fulfilling
prophecy is worthless. To me, there is nothing
wrong with an attempt to fulfill the self. After all,
this is what is strived for, right? The map of self-
fulfillment only leads to such an ultimate truth if
the map is the territory. It must be this way.

I could have quit after writing the totem, Real is

Information. That is all that needs to be said, if
anything. Everything to follow is an attempt to
confirm this statement. Needless to say, I didn’t
stop there. I must continue on in an effort to
eliminate uncertainty. I am just a form of Reality
that abides by this principle of uncertainty. The
urge to go on thinking, experiencing, and living
until I die is a testament to the power of
uncertainty. I will proceed with knowledge I have
known all along. The same knowledge that has
been known throughout history will always find
novel outlets to be known eternally. Everything is
really the same in some form or another.
Communication of this self-fulfillment is realized in
our own unique attempts at truth.

To be afraid of death is to be afraid of life. If we

are afraid of what we do not know, the truth in life
escapes us. Suppose we already knew everything.
How could fear exist? Only through uncertainty
and its catalysis of all forms do we experience fear
and its subsequent un-fulfillment. Death is the
cipher that cracks the code. The word death may
be too potent a sentiment, but there must be a
reason for that. Perhaps, this death I speak of is
not literal but some kind of allegory. Words have
a secret life of their own that existing beyond our
control. When unleashed, their power is limitless.
We become victims to undeniable consequences.
The words associated with death deserve the

75
same respect that the event itself has earned.
Otherwise, our fear of death will shield us from
salvation. Meanwhile, purpose remains locked
away until death unlocks the door. Until this time,
our life is un-acquired. We have not truly lived
until we die.
Thriving at the seams of Reality's
aperture, a battle wages on. Punic in its
essence, lines of this battle draw an
ominous mindscape. Once this mental
imagery is witnessed, opportunity to
concede vanishes. We must go all in at
this point. For the required payment
must be made in full. No more bets to be
hedged or portfolios to be diversified.

The safety afforded by these risk-

dispersing tactics is a beguiling refractor.
Chimeras sparkle in the waters skewing
our present vision. With astigmia, we
catch only cartoon fish. Lacking
substance, this diet of safety leads to
susceptibility to future's venom.
Ironically it was the future that so
spurred the initial trappings of safety.

To neutralize this cycle of deception,

vision must terminate its relationship
with our eyes. To lose sight is a small
price to pay if we can keep our vision. It is
better to be blind than to wear safety
glasses.
SPONTANEITY | GOD

There is no denying the similarity or possible

equality between God and the Real. God and Real
are just names and may be used interchangably as
long as the meaning isnt skewed by traditional
ideas of God. If we are to allow the two terms
such an equality, certain criteria must be met.

God is not transcendental. What is Real allows

nothing to transcend its operations. Reality is
everything. To assume some possible
transcendence would be in direct contradiction
with our prima facie condition.

God is not Creator. An entity known as creator

implies a creator/created relationship.
Hierarchical power structures form within this sort
of system. Reality is a blob of happening. Any
hierarchical levels attributed to reality are
intellectual fabrications allowing us to capture
knowledge. At times these can be helpful, but
possibly misleading.

God is not omniscient. Since the future does not

exist, and the verge existing on the edge of the
present disallows entire real-time knowledge of

79
the system, uncertainty cannot be vanquished
completely.

God is made of the same stuff that we are made

of. The Real or God works through us as much as
we will allow. This does not require us to fold.
This does not require us to kneel. Salvation is not
contingent on our submission. How can it? We
are the same as God. We are God. We are Real.
The understanding of ourselves and our
relationship to the Reality within ourselves is the
path to salvation.
