With respect to the subject above and referred letter, please find the Engineer's comments
attached hereto. The Contractor is requested to re-submit the FM200 System
(TYCO) and DCC building HVAC submittal in accordance with the aforementioned
comments so that the submittal can be fully compliant with the Contract.

The submitted documents are in accordance with GC 3.1 "Engineer's Duties and Authority".
