Circular 77-Online-Offline Consentform
Dear Parent,
Based on the proposal given by the State government to re-open physical classes for all grades from
KG to XII, We have decided to start the physical school for all grades KG to XII from 27th January
2022.
Please note that we will follow hybrid model of teaching and learning from KG to Grade VIII. So
learners who do not wish to come to school can continue to take classes from home. We therefore
require consent from all parents either for offline/online classes by tomorrow 3.00 PM Tuesday
25/01/2022.

However for grades IX and above we will conduct offline classes only from 27thJanuary 2022.
Return to school, at this juncture, is vital to the learners' education and mental well-being, especially
because they are all set to achieve milestones in their educational career in the coming days. Also, it
will provide us with an opportunity to ensure the requisite one-o-one attention for the final revision
for grade X-XII board examinations. Kindly note that the campus is 100% safe and we are strictly
adhering to the COVID protocol.
1. The school campus will be cleaned with Sanitabs and will be disinfected before learners enter
the campus. Sanitization will be conducted periodically throughout the day.
2. At entry point IR temperature check will be conducted for all students and staff.
3. Any learner or teacher with a fever or cold/cough will be immediately quarantined till they
are picked from the school.
4. Learners will be sitting apart in the classrooms.
5. The school reception area and all the washrooms will be equipped with the hand wash and
sanitizers.
6. Learners and teachers in the campus will be supervised by the dedicated admin team for
maintaining Safe distance.
7. There will be no assembly or large group activities conducted.
8. The school infirmary, which is well equipped, will be available in case of any emergency. A
nurse will be available at all times.
Following are some 'back to school' guidelines:
2. School transport is not available .Parents are requested to make their own arrangements for
transport.
3. It is mandatory to wear a mask and follow social distancing norms at all times.
4. Food will not be available in the canteen till 1st February 2022. Thus we encourage learners to
carry their own water bottles and tiffin box.
5. If the learner or a family member is unwell the learner should not come to school by seeking
prior permission from school.
I would like to thank you for your continued hard work and co-operation during the coronavirus
pandemic, and assure you, that we are committed to supporting the learners as they transition into a
familiar school routine. But as always, we ask for your total support.
You are all in our prayers - we hope you and your family remain safe and well and look forward to
seeing our learners at campus.
Regards
G. Vani Reddy
