Dear_Customer Service,

I wish to complaint about canvas shoes of kito size 40 that I purchased on 20/july/2020 .I am
complaint because the staff told me that they can change the size ,but when I they
change,the staff says they don’t have the item and are not interested in changing it.To
resolve this problem I would like you to change products for me and take care of the
staff.When I first learned of this problem,I contacted the staff of canvas shoes of kito,date
21/july/2020 at your compny,and was told that nothing could be done about my problems.I
believe that this response is unfair because should be responsible for your own words that
you can exchange products.I would like a written statement explaining your
company,position and what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.If I do not hear
from you with in 3 days I will file complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies and
consider my legal alternatives.I am enclosing copies of my receipt.You may reply to me at
