 need to determine if report/audit is available

Reboot a WorkSpace - Amazon WorkSpaces

Q: What is the difference between WorkSpaces Rebuild and Restore?

A: A rebuild will retain the user volume on the WorkSpace but will return the WorkSpace to its
original state (any changes made to the system drive will not be retained). A restore will retain both
the root and user volumes on the WorkSpace but will return the WorkSpace to the last healthy state
as detected by the service.
