Based on the video, Channel management is a process where the company develops to reach
the largest potential consumer base, you'll need to use a variety of marketing and sales approaches.
Channels are simply techniques or outlets for marketing and selling things. For me, channel
management is where you execute innovations, handle the changes, and coming up with a solution
when a problem comes. This is like the root of the business where any problems will affect the business
and you need to focus on the product which is you need to sell or market. There are many challenges in
channel management you will cope up with but, there are also a solution for those challenges and you
always need to expand your understanding in able to act right for the solution. You have to take things
carefully especially in doing partnership the particular reason for this circumstance is that you are both a
company or a business and have different priorities, even if there is a conflict with vendors they do not
get fired rather they miss some incentives and stays on the job. In this part, I can say that you need to
find a partner that is willing to suffer with you and has a cooperation when it comes to channel
management, you need to have a strong bond or relationship to handle challenges and to gain success
especially in business you have competitors and loyalty will help you to exceed the competitors. In
having loyalty it requires to give trust and trust will lead into understanding situation whether partners
will exchange ideas and knowledge they want to express that will help the company or business moving.
Partners will have a concrete decision when it comes to dealing if they have the trust and loyalty of each
other in this situation they have beliefs on both sides that they have a worthy decision for the deals.
