In my opinion, the millionaire should donate money to the charity

I have never made a budget so I’m short on cash. I always spend my money in
unnecessary things, for example, I don’t need to buy a new cellphone but every
year I buy a new cellphone. I wish I weren’t short on cash. I need to make a budget
and stick to it because I don’t manage my money well. I wish I made more money
to buy more things. Some friends sometimes borrow some money but I can’t lend
them any money because I don’t have enough money even for me.
The next year, I would like to buy a car, so I have to save money from now, if I
can’t save enough, I will borrow money from my friend. I shouldn’t borrow money
because it’s hard to pay it back but I need to buy a car to go out and spend time
with my family. I wish I could buy me an expensive car but I will have to settle for a
cheap car.
