Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are well in these trying times.

During the elk event, there have been many glitches, disrupting my game performance,
causing me to have to reload the game many times, and waste lots of gold, time, and
resources in healing troops.
Firstly, I kept not seeing the amount of people, amount of troops, and power in my rallies (or
the troops on a march I want to send out). This leads to either me cancelling the rallies,
which would have otherwise succeeded, or losing a rally, that I could have prevented. This
wastes stamina, and the tens of thousands of gold I am spending on it, and the resources on
healing troops.
Also, the elks keep appearing and disappearing, so I waste stamina trying to kill elks that
disappear.
Lastly, sometimes I couldn’t do anything; the game simply froze, meaning I was caught
between gear changes, and stopped me from entering certain rallies.
All three of these glitches, and general bad performance, has led to the wastage of stamina,
gold, resources, and the loss of prospective points in the event. For someone who is
planning on spending lots of gold on stamina and teleports to help my alliance in this event, I
am having lots of issues.
