My dearest maester,

I have had many issues in logging into my second account in the game using Facebook,
which is really worrying me. I have followed all troubleshooting methods, I have logged
out of Facebook on all devices, and I have restarted my device. I can log into Facebook,
so the problem is not there.
This is very frustrating, seeing as i have had no problem with this in the past. i have not
violated any WB terms and conditions, so i cannot think of any reason why this has
happened.
I hope that you can help me in this, or at least provide some compensation on this
account.
