Proper sleep is needed if you want to

grow your muscles. In our time of sleep

usually our body repairs its destroyed

and severed parts. So have the right

amount of sleep for your body to repair

the muscles.

DISCIPLINE AND PATIENCE

Building muscles don't just happen

overnight. You need consistency and the

right amount of effort in order to make

your muscle bigger and stronger. Don't

frustrate yourself in expecting results

after just starting. You need to take it

easy and be focused on your goals.
