The plan of action for the new social media company is as follows:

Phase 1. Incorporation and App development

The company bannr will be incorporated with minimum number of employees for
app development, design and internal management. This phase includes research
and analysis about target audience. The analysis will be done the tester servers and
bots which will developed by the team. The behavior, choice and the nature of the
audience will be investigated here.

Phase 2. Designing and creation of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

The exact design and functioning of the app will be tested. The designing of the
app will be done through wireframes and graphics which will then go through a set
of reviews, discussions and tests. After the proper examination of the prototype it
is now ready for display to prospective investors.
Phase3. Pitching, Getting Investment and allocation of funds

The MVP of the product will be pitched to prospective investors and a sum of
amount be raised through funding. The funds will then be allocated towards
different departments and more job opportunities will be produced.

Phase 4. Full app development and beta testing

In this phase the backend and the front end of the app will be completely coded.
The blockchain technology and AI will be installed in the app for data
interpretation and reliable fund transfer. The beta version of the app will be ready
to be used. The beta users will be personally invited experts and avid users of
social media.

Phase 5. Review and Improvisation

The app will be reviewed by the beta users and will be improvised and worked
upon for to make it more user friendly. The app will be sent again for a second
round of reviewing before the launch of the final version.

Phase 6. Launching of the app and extensive marketing

The app is now completely prepared and will be launched on all the app stores for
IOS and Android. The marketing will be done on different social media platforms,
television ads, newspapers and various different campaigns to get in more users for
the app.

Phase 7. Building a community and Revenue generation

After the app finds its first 500k users the and a community is built where regular
transactions of the funds will be happening and advertisement opportunities will be
created which start the revenue flow of the company.
