Subject: Summer sales team meeting decision

Katie,
I’m writing to let you know about the final decision on the venue for our summer meeting for our
sales team. We compared Sky Tower, Misha’s Studio and Cascade Gardens. We came to a decision
and chose Cascade Gardens. We considered the following features: costs, capacity and view. Sky
Tower is the most expensive place and its hall capacity isn’t big enough. Misha’s studio seems to
be a little less expensive, but everyone agreed that Cascade Gardens has by far the most amazing
view. Also, Cascade Gardens has the largest room and the largest free parking lot. And besides,
and it’s the only place where we can use the stage. Attached please find the spreadsheet with the
cost details associated. When I get your approval, I’ll contact Cascade Gardens and book the site.
