BOWLING SPREADSHEET Excel-S1

Directions: Create a new Excel spreadsheet – SAVE AS in YOUR Excel Assignments folder: B#-LastName-Bowling.
Starting in cell A1, type the following information (Adjust column widths):
Your Name 135 185 143
Daniel Green 144 123 133
Janice Jones 155 159 165
Martha Jensen 110 102 120
June Martin 98 115 108

Add/Edit the spreadsheet you just created according to the steps below:
1. Insert 2 rows at the top of the spreadsheet.
2. In A1 type: Your Name’s Bowling Team
3. Add the following titles to the columns in Row 2 (bold).
A2: Bowling Scores Left align
B2: Game 1 Right align
C2: Game 2 Right align
D2: Game 3 Right align
E2: Total Score Right align
F2: Average Right align
***Wrap text for columns with longer titles
4. Add the following labels in column A (bold):
A8: Total Score/Game
A9: Average Game Score
A10: Lowest Score
A11: Highest Score
***Increase the column width for long titles
5. In the appropriate cells, calculate the following formulas for each game:
A. Total Score/Game (=sum)
B. Average Game Score (=average)
C. Lowest Score (=min)
D. Highest Score (=max)
***Remember to use the copy or fill command to help save time!
6. In the appropriate cell, calculate the following formulas for each bowler:
A. Total Score (=sum)
B. Average (=average)
7. Merge and center A1:F1 – Add bold; increase font size.
