We can see how the artist-pair stood close together in

the performance, facing each other and slightly back on their
heels. They lock their gazes on one another. The lady has a firm
grip on the bow, while the man has the arrow and bowstring. The
arrow is aimed directly at the lady’s heart. The bow is tense due
to their respective weights. A single inaccurate move by either
the lady or the man could be fatal. The lady has obviously
surrendered if the man let go of the arrow, it’s all over. The
lady’s position appears to be subordinate to the man’s, despite
the fact that it is the lady who is in spotlight. The work talks
about or demonstrates a strong bond and trust between two
individuals and taking a risk in any circumstances whatever the
outcome will be; however, it is also a highly intense piece that
reveals the fragility of the line between life and death.
