Said Medical Certificate must be issued within 72 hours before the examination day. In the event that the examinee acquired Covid-19 in the past, an additional Medical Certificate is warranted stating that the latter has already recovered from the disease and a Community Quarantine Certificate indicating that he/she has completed the fourteen (14) days quarantine, OR b.
