Sat, 20 Aug. 2011 Arrival of Participants/ Registration / Venue Introductions/ Orientation

Students and teachers from the APEC Economies will be met at the airport by local coordinators.
Signs for each of the APEC Economies will be displayed at the Arrivals Hall of the airport.
Participants should look for the sign with their country’s name. Should any participants have
problems on arrival with pick up, please call 0-2529-7100.

Festival orientation will be arranged at two different times: 10:00h for early arrivals and 16:00h
for those arriving later.

Fair

(Breakfast boxes will be served on the buses – to be confirmed)

09:00 – 09:30 All participants to meet at the entrance of the conference hall where Thailand’s
National Science Fair is being held
