Primary Activities:

 Inbound Logistics.
Choose a server vendor and erp. Recruiting employees in IT (Human Resources). As well as
buying hardware and software components for development and maintenance.
 Operations.
Starting from the BROKER APP SDLC Phase. Then, the software is put into production and
runs actual business. It will operate for a period of time, until the new system’s operations
are stabilized, and company’s perform audits to assess the system’s capabilities and to
determine if it is being used correctly. Systems require several types of maintenance:
- Debbuging.
The process of detecting and removing of existing and potential errors or bugs.
- Updating.
Accommodate changes in business conditions.
- Adds New Functions.
Add new additions to the existing system without disturbing its operation.
 Outbound Logistics.
The final result, BROKER APP will be launched on download platforms like Google Playstore.

BROKER APP will be advertised on YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media
platforms/apps. Also in-app ads.
