DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this Deed of Absolute Sale was made and executed by and between:

UNITED COCONUT PLANTERS BANK, a universal corporation organized and existing in

accordance with Philippine Laws, with postal address at UCPB Building, Makati Avenue, Makati City,
represented herein by Gerard M. Aguirre, First Vice President and John James O. Ng, Manager,
hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR:

and

TRIXIA FAYE D. MARQUESES, single, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, with postal address at
152 Brgy. Sta. Maria, Talisay, Batangas, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE:

WITNESSETH: That

For and in consideration of the sum of FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (P 488,750.00) Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the VENDOR does hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely and unconditionally
on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis unto the VENDEE, his/her/its heirs, successors assigns, that certain motor
vehicle more particularly described as follows:

ENGINE NUMBER : K14BT1286859
PLATE NUMBER : NCU-7447

of which the VENDOR is the absolute owner.

The Vendee is aware that the Vendor has acquired the aforementioned motor vehicle by way of foreclosure /
dacion and warrants that it has conducted an ocular inspection and verified the condition of the said motor
vehicle.

The Vendee further undertakes that, immediately after the execution of this deed of absolute sale, registration
of the motor vehicle shall be transferred in the name of the Vendee. The costs of registration and transfer of
ownership shall be for the Vendee’s account.

The Vendee agrees to hold the Vendor, including its directors, officers and staff, free and harmless from any
liability or claim that maybe brought or instituted in connection with the use of the motor vehicle from the time
it has been released to the Vendee.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands this ______day of______2020 at MAKATI CITY,
