About KEF
Key Education Foundation [KEF] is a not-for-profit company that works to improve the quality of
Early Childhood Education [ECE] for children from low-income communities.
Our mission is to ensure age-appropriate, holistic development of 3-6 year old children such that
they are school ready before they enter 1st grade.
We currently work with 65+ low-fee private schools and also work with the Government of
Karnataka in enriching pre-primary education in schools.

About the Role

At KEF, we believe that quality early educators are the biggest driving force behind ensuring the
best early experiences for every child. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly
impact parents, teachers and children and help create a healthy and safe ECE ecosystem.
You will be responsible for research and development of age appropriate content for children,
and create content based on learning principles for children and adults. You will work closely
with the product team to design lessons, activities and AV content that can be used by parents
and teachers towards holistic development of a child from 3 to 6 years of age.
Role: Associate - Product Development
Commitment: Full time
Location: Bangalore
Remuneration: Ranging between 4 to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities and Duties

● Design and develop content for key projects undertaken by Key Education Foundation
towards quality Early Childhood Education
● Research, create, review and deliver contextual activities, session plans, workshop
content, audio-visuals etc. aimed at key stakeholders in the project
● Stay updated on recent research and developments in ECE
● Conduct trainings for internal team on need basis
● Conduct training for external partners on a need basis

Essential Mindsets
We are looking for someone who is:
● Passionate about early childhood education
● Values collaboration and works well in teams
● Enjoys experimenting, values learning and feedback
Essential Knowledge and Skills
● Excellent written and spoken communication in English
● Proficient in MS office
● Knowledge of spoken and written Kannada preferred
● Knowledge of video and photo editing using Canva is preferred

Qualification and Experience:

● Graduate degree [Specialization in Early Childhood / Elementary Education preferred]
● Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the education sector with at least 1-2 years as a
teacher [preferably Early Childhood Educator]
