Executive Summary

We plan to open a restaurant that offers Authentic Kapampanga cuisine. There were many food
businesses in the market most of them offer what are trendy like samgyupsal, ramens and many
more and some of them offer the usual fastfoods. Different kinds of cuisine have been known,
and some people are forgetting our own dishes, so we came up with this food business, Mangan
ta na, for us, not to forget our authentic Kapampangan food. We want to show different
Kapampangan foods that will make you forget your own name. We want to showcase and
preserve the Kapampangan culture through this cuisine.

This business will make way for our own cuisines to be recognized and preserved. It will also let
people discover our culture through our cuisine and savor every Kapampangan dishes. It will
benefit not only us, but also many people who will be working with us to make this business a
success.

Mangan ta na is formed through the efforts of former classmates and colleagues who graduated

We chose MANGAN ta na! as our business name, it is said by Kapampangans when

this name shows the hospitality of us, Filipinos.
