Steps:
1. Step1 Find Queue ID in TCS.
1. Step2 Click “QA” there and modify the answers of labels.

1. Step3 Checking content:

1. If there’s no error above, click “qualified” without any modification.
1. If there’s any error above, choose “unqualified” there and modify category (discard/speech),
transcription text and segment before submission.
Don’t forget to correct the category to “speech” if you want to change a discarded one to valid, otherwise
the audio can not be calculated into your QA work record.
If you want to correct the category to “discard”, you needn’t correct or delete the text in the box.

Give qualified and submit directly for “discard” cases, no need to check. This will save your time and
improve your efficiency.

Make sure the category, text and segment are correct before submission. After you submit, the tasks
will be delivered to the client and wait for final evaluation.
There're seven tips for you to help improve your QA accuracy and effiency:
1. Please check all the areas that the Moderator transcribed. If the moderator wrote and cut the audio
correctly, don't make it unqualified, and there's no need to modify the audio again.
2. Please don't just give an unqualified moderator, you also need to modify the cut audio as well as the
correct text.
3. Please do not unqualified audio that has been discarded by the moderator, but the moderator does not
delete the text.
4. Please tolerate cuts that are not too close to the speech at the beginning and at the end of the audio cut,
as long as there is no noise affect the speaker's words.
5. Please don't cut the audio which has pause / noise in the middle of the audio as long as the noise doesn't
affect the speaker's words.
6. Do not leave tolerance in incorrect text.
1. It's unnecessary to lengthen the speech duration of the moderator's result.
For example: if moderator cut the speech as 5s, you don't need to make it longer to 8s. As long as the
intercept is correct, and text matches the current cut. You can give it a pass. It wastes your time
lengthening the speech duration.
