If you already know your personal style, you can skip over this section. See How

WORD ASSOCIATION
Write out a list of words that you associate with your style. Here's a few to get
you started: classic, neutral, minimalist, feminine, casual, relaxed, preppy, vintage,
boho, chic, artsy, sophisticated, tomboy

USE PINTEREST TO DISCOVER YOUR PERSONAL STYLE

1 - Start with style inspiration: Go to Pinterest.com. In the search bar at the top,
type in “outfit ideas” or <your word(s) from above> + outfit" (example: feminine
outfit, boho outfit, classic outfit)


2 - If you already have a Pinterest account, setup a Pinterest board and name it
“My Style”. When you find a photo that you like, save it to that Pinterest board. If
you don’t have a Pinterest account, you can sign up for one, which is free.


3 - When you have about 30 outfit photos saved, go to your Pinterest board and
look at the photos you saved. Is there a consistent look to the photos? Do the
photos match one of the styles below? Which style do you favor the most? Which
style(s) fit your lifestyle?

 CHOOSE MY COLORS & PATTERNS

Let's create your color palette! A cohesive color palette is important when
using a capsule wardrobe, so everything will mix and match. You can have a
color palette of your base color with only neutral colors OR you can add accent
colors as well. Follow Steps 1 through 3, to select the colors, then select
patterns to include in Step 4.

to choose from. NOTE: chambray can also work as a neutral color.
