Gulf Shield Integrated LLC, informs you that our brand, namely Therrawood
products are under warranty against manufacturing defect for 10 years from the
completion of installation date.

This warranty certificate is issued by Gulf Shield Integrated LLC to certify that
the standard policy of Gulf Shield is to issue a 10-year warranty for all Therrawood
products installed. The warranty conforms to the same terms and conditions signed
by the client name stated above.

It is the original purchaser’s responsibility to contact Gulf Shield Integrated LLC,

as the sole agent of the product line within the Sultanate of Oman, prior to any
repairs or adjustments made during the warranty period. Failure to do so shall void
the warranty.

Any modification or alteration on this certificate whether typewritten or

handwritten, without having the written consent of both parties, will render this
certificate null and void.
