● Having an argument
● Sleep deprivation

Safety Precautions:
● When fighting, position myself towards an exit and away from kitchen
● Carry safety whistle and/or pepper spray
● Have emergency bag with clothes and other necessary items
(medication, phone charger, money, ID) in easily accessible location
● Stay with friend, family member, hotel, or domestic violence shelter if
things become hostile
● Gather important documents(birth certificates, passports, bills,
money, titles) and keep in safe and accessible location
