SUBJECT : Report on Stabbing Incident

2. On June 14, 2019 about 3:40AM, a certain PMSg Charlie Coral, PNP personnel
Augmented at Naliyagan Festival, informing this office thru cellular phone call
that there was a stabbing incident that happened at Purok 3, Patin-ay,
Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur at about 2:30AM of same date, more or less 8
kilometers away from Prosperidad MPS, wherein the victim identified as Charles
Rueras Madelo, 32 years old, single and a resident of said place, who stabbed
by unidentified person hitting at the different parts of his body using a bladed
weapon and was brought to D.O. Plaza Memorial Hospital for medication by the
SARAS of Agusan del Sur.

3. Upon receipt of the report; immediately, PNP personnel of this office led by
PMSg Dan Michael B Etang, responded and proceeded to the said place of
incident to conduct investigation and possible identification of the suspect / s.

4. Investigation conducted by this office revealed that the victim was chasing some
four unidentified individuals going to the said place of incident. Later on, the
victim was found by his neighbor lying beside the dark area of the said place
where the incident happened. At the hospital, the victim declared dead on arrival
by the attending physician. Recovered at the crime scene; one scabbard and one
screw driver.
