Ladies Hostel license Requirements

1. To Obtain the Hostel license or Permit need to approach the District Collector Office.
2. Get the Application form from the Collector Office.
3. The Application Fees for the license is ₹ 3,000/-.
4. After getting the fees receipt of the application for license, the collector will do an
inspection at the institution with a team of Officers within 20 days.
5. Need to make sure we have all the documents listed from the points 11 to 26.
6. The inspection team will submit it's report within a week.
7. The Collector may grant a license or reject the license upon the receipt of the Inspection
report.
8. Application form.
9. Aadhar card of the owner / lesser.
10. Photo ID proof.
11. Certificate from Fire service and Rescue Department.
12. Approved Building plan with stability certificate.
13. Sanitation certificate.
14. Name of the institution with license copy.
15. Address of the institution with license copy..
16. Infrastructure available in the hostel (welfare and food facilities).
17. Details of number of occupancies and beds and lockers provided
18. Details of ventilation ( fans provided )
19. Details of entertainment & refreshment activities provided
20. Details of hostel manager.
21. Details of security person
22. Details of Warden.
23. Water connection and toilets and washing facilities provided.
24. Electricity connection details with backup details.
25. Drainage connection and water facilities details.
