Dear MultiCare Vendor Community:

In an effort to better standardize and align MultiCare’s policies and procedures

related to vendors, guests and its current Security initiatives, the Symplr (fka
VCS) Kiosk is being relocated from MultiCare’s dock entry off J Street to an area
adjacent to MultiCare’s Office of Security.

Effective August 27, 2015, vendors should enter between Martin Luther King
Jr. Blvd. and J Street, on 3rd street(please see the attached map) and utilize the
Symplr Self-Service Kiosk to receive an approved badge. Questions or concerns
regarding access via the Symplr Kiosk should be directed to Symplr at 1-866-
373-9725.
