    Ma’am/Sir,

    Grace be unto you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

    We, the Hindang Youth Choir of Chapel of St. Anthony de Padua, Hindang, Borongan City, are sending
    you this letter in hopes that you will extend your generosity to our organization’s project for our choir
    uniform.

    The said project will need financial support to carryout its purpose.

    With this, we humbly ask for your assistance in making this project a success. Any amount would be
    greatly appreciated.

    Attached herewith is the proposed layout of our choir uniform.

    Thank you for your tireless benevolence and may the good Lord continue to bless and enrich you a
    thousandfold!
