BLACK SOYA BEAN socked ½ cup

Coriander powder- 1 tsp

Turmeric ¼ tsp

Green chilli- 2

Cumin- ½ tsp

Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp

Kashmiri red chilli powder ¼ tsp

Asafoetida -1/8 or pinch

Garlic -3 clove

Rice flour 1tsp

Oil 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Procedure

Blend soy bean to fine paste. Take cast iron wok, add 1 cup of water. Bring it to boil. Add soya bean
paste In the wok. Stir it , then add spices turmeric ,,,,, coriander powder,,,,,,,, salt ½ tsp ,,,,,,,fine
chopped green chilli and rice flour .cook it for 20 mins in low heat. Take tadka pan and add oil 2tbsp
in the pan and heat it on high flame and add garlic ,,,,,,, asafoetida ……..cumin,,,,,, wild mustard,,,,,
green chilli slit. And off and add Kashmiri red chilli powder and imidiately add it to black soy bean
and serve it with rice
