Identification of Stakeholders

A stakeholder is a party that has an interest in a company and can either affect or be affected by
the business. The primary stakeholders in a typical corporation are its investors, employees,
customers, and suppliers. The following are the stakeholders for the project of fixing PE pipe
for water supply line from pump station No: 1 (near KB canal) to Sindh university filter plant.

 Preliminary Design

This is the design of the whole water supply scheme however the project selected is the fixation
of pipe from the KB canal to the filter plant. Therefore the plan of the project is given below:
The bottom purple line of 2x6” dia going from the ponds up to the filter plant shows the pipe
which has been fitted
