GOVERNING AND JURISDICTION:

1. User are governed by the polices of government India, under the rules and regulation of
E-commerce. If any dispute arises on behalf of the consumer/ user /or any connected
third party concerned or connected with the company can claim a compensation, which
will be a monetary compensation, the amount of compensation will be decided by the
company in future course when such claim arises, further any dispute or settlement or
claim are subjected to the jurisdiction of Allahabad High court.

2. Please note: The final amount of compensation will be decided by the company and shall
be bidding to any such claim mentioned above by the aggrieved party/ consumer.

EXCHANGE/RETURN:
1. There will be no exchange or return of perishable goods such as (all dairy products, food
grains and pulses, fresh fruits and vegetable, packet foods / packed food items such as
biscuits, soft drink bottles etc.), there will be exchange / return of non-perishable goods
(gadgets, items related to decorating, gift items or any search product mentioned above
under non-perishable).

2. The product that a customer wants to return exchange or refund should have its original
packaging, must be unused with all tags, price card, price sticker or any such tag attached
to the product (when received) should be intact. (The company may reject return or
exchange if the company doesn’t find it fit for the purposes stated above. The final
decision lies in hand of the company).

3. The products which are non-returnable are visible in the product description section of
the website.

4. The company may take back the damaged goods/returned goods by the consumer and
grant credit/coupon/ or direct bank transfer to the consumers account in lieu of it.

5. Any payment made through electronic means for instance UPI, Debit or credit card, Net
banking and etc will be refund in the same payment mode. The refund will be initiated
within 48 hours to 72 hours under normal circumstances, and refund to be reflected in 6-7
working days.

6. COD (Cash on Delivery) transaction, refund option is either in the wallet of the website
which the consumer has registered to or any bank account which the consumer has
registered with the website or has linked with the website or any bank account the
consumer desires his/ her refund (for which users/ consumer need to share his/her bank
details with the company).
