Guidelines for the Installation of Aadhaar Enrolment Kit

Below are the details of the products that are delivered from our end, please

1. Laptop – Follow below steps for the installation:

Open the box of Laptop.
Inside the Box - Laptop, Power Adaptor, User Guide, Warranty
Documents.
Open the box and pick the laptop, keep the laptop on your table and
start the laptop, take help of user guide if you face any problem.
Keep the laptop on the table and follow next steps.

2. Monitor- Follow below steps for the installation:

Open the box of Monitor.
Inside the Box - Monitor, 2 pin power cable, VGA to VGA Cable, User
Manual and CD, base mount and stand mount.
Plug-in 2 pin power cable at the back of the monitor and plug-in VGA
cable in the VGA port available at the backside of the monitor.
Keep this monitor on the backside of the laptop, screen of monitor must
be opposite of the laptop and follow next steps.

3. Printer - Follow below steps for the installation:

Open the box of Printer.
Inside the Box – Printer, User Manual and CD, Additional 2 ink bottles of
GI790 ink (black) in the box, in addition to 1 each of cyan, yellow,
magenta and black.
Open the box and pick the printer very carefully and place it on the table
just on your left side of the laptop, Remove the protective material from
the printer, Installing the cartridges, turning on the power, Pouring the
ink, Connecting the printer and a computer via USB, take help of user

4. IRIS Device - Follow below steps for the installation:

Open the box of IRIS Device.
Inside the Box – IRIS Device attached with USB cable at the end.
Open the box and pick the IRIS Device, It is a plug and play product, plug
the USB cable to your laptop and follow next steps.

5. Web Camera - Follow below steps for the installation:

Open the box of Web Camera.
Inside the Box – Web Camera, Tripod Stand, User Manual.
Open the box and pick the Web Camera, take tripod stand and attach it
with Web Camera, place the camera on the table facing to the person
sitting in front of the monitor, It is a plug and play product, plug the USB
cable to your laptop and follow next steps.

6. Finger Print Device - Follow below steps for the installation:

Open the box of Finger Print Device.
Inside the Box – Finger Print Device, Cables.
Open the box and pick the Finger print device, It is a plug and play
product, plug the USB cable to your laptop and follow next steps.
7. Wall Cloth - Follow below steps for the installation:
Open the zip pouch of the wall cloth, hang the wall cloth on the back of
the wall. This wall cloth is just used for taking white background of the
photo and follow next steps.

8. Table Lamp - Follow below steps for the installation:

Open the box of Table Lamp.
Inside the Box – Table Lamp attached with a cable and two pin plug.
Open the box and pick the Table Lamp, place the table lamp in between
your laptop and the monitor, take one bulb and place the bulb in the
socket of the lamp and follow next steps.

9. Extension Cords - Follow below steps for the installation:

Open the box of Extension Cords.
Inside the Box – Extension Cord with a long cable.
Open the box and pick the extension cord, place it just after your laptop
for the smooth connection with all the devices.
Add the power cable of laptop with extension cord.
Add the power cable of monitor with extension cord.
Add the power cable of printer with extension cord.
Add the power cable of table lamp with extension cord.

10. GPS Device - Follow below steps for the installation:

Open the packet of GPS Device.
Inside the packet – GPS Device with a USB cable output.
Open the packet and pick the GPS Device, It is a plug and play product,
plug the USB cable to your laptop.

11. USB Hub - Follow below steps for the installation:

Attached the USB hub with the laptop, there are four ports in the USB
hub.
Add the power cable of IRIS Device i.e. USB port with USB Hub.
Add the power cable of Web Camera i.e. USB port with USB Hub.
Add the power cable of Finger Print Device i.e. USB port with USB Hub.
Add the power cable of GPS Device i.e. USB port with USB Hub.
