weighing and accreditations from 18: 30 to 20:30. (there is no option to do any weight
category change)
Saturday 2nd of April
weighing and accreditations from 8:15 to 9:15. (there is no option to do any weight category
change)
beginning at 10:00 o’clock
The specific schedule of each weigh category will be later published throughout the Basque
judo and associated sports federation media channels such as their website and Instagram.

HEALTH SAFETY

Every participant (athlete, coach, staff… ) will have to show their digital covid certificate
With, full vaccination doses completed or an antigen test carried out in an official centre.
In order to enter the sport centre everyone should be wearing a protection mask covering
nose and mouth properly. However, competitors will be allowed to remove their masks when
competing.
Only the competitors that have been called will be allowed to be at the foot of the mat, the
rest of the athletes should remain in the warm up area.
Not following the previously mentioned rules will mean an expulsion of the participant.
Anyway, these sanitary rules may vary depending on the protocols and situation.

COMPETITION

3 official competition tatami areas following the Spanish and I.J.F regulations.
Fight- timing will vary on each category. There will be 3 calls for each fight and a 30s maximum
waiting time after the last call.
Competition systems
More than 7 athletes: direct qualifying round with doble repechage
6 2 leagues of 3 athletes with interchange for semi-finals and finals
3, 4, 5 league
2 best of two fights
Golden score
Every competitor will have to wear the white judogi to attend the awards ceremony.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

 ID card or passport
 2022-2023 season licence
 Belt ID (at least brown)
 The approval of the territorial federation
 The athletes that were born in 1982 or earlier should bring a medical certificate proving
their capability to compete in judo
 Digital covid certificate
 Data protection paper signed

THE LOT

The 28 of march the provisional list of participants will be publish and needed changes will be
done until the 30th.
The 31st of April the last version will be publish. However, the lot of each category will be done
after the weighing on Saturday.
The List will be published in www.euskaljudo.org

Every athlete and coach should follow the following steps:

Send the proof of payment and the approval of the territorial federation to the official mail

Any other way of registration will not be valid.

The registration period 14/02/2022 to 25/03/2022
The registration fee will be 20€. Once the period is over it will cost 50€.
The accreditation for the first coach of each club will be free the rest will have to pay the same
as athletes.
