NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING


CITY OF CLEVELAND, TEXAS

The City Council and the Zoning Commission of the City of Cleveland,
Texas will hold a joint public hearing to discuss a change in zoning district
from General Commercial to a Planned Unit Development and establishing
regulations for a planned unit development for BNSF property located
near the intersection of Fostoria Road and State Highway 105.
The public hearing will consider the following item:

Preliminary recommendation from the Zoning Commission and to make a


final recommendation and consider final approval and consider adoption
of an ordinance for a Planned Unit Development District for property
located near the intersection of Fostoria Road and State Highway 105.

The public hearing will be held on the following date and at the following
time and place:
Date of Hearing: October 26, 2021
Time of Hearing: 6:00 p.m.
Place of Hearing: City Hall Council Chambers, 907 E. Houston,
Cleveland, Texas

All interested citizens are invited to attend and be heard on the proposed
development. Persons with disabilities that wish to attend this meeting
should contact the City Hall – City Secretary’s office at (281) 592-2667
to arrange for assistance. Individuals who require auxiliary aids or
