Test name: Value proposition


Experiments: Focus Group
Assigned to: Olenka Valencia
People: We have interviewed 10 mothers between the ages of 20 and 38 and asked
them about the food products they buy for their children.
Hypothesis: How many customers consider using and buying your products through the
application?
Process: We asked our interviewees different questions such as:
• What healthy products of interest do you buy for your children?
• What channels do you use to buy your healthy products?
• Value proposition: How many customers are willing to use and buy your
products through the application?
• What attributes and benefits can our mobile application provide?
• Do you see a promising future for mobile applications focused on providing a
relationship with healthy products and services?

Experiments: Interview
Assigned to: Olenka Valencia
People: An interview was conducted with 2 app designers, who have knowledge about
user behavior with mobile applications.
Hypothesis: Is the application designed to be user-friendly for the customer?
Process: We had many steps for them to interact with the application, such as:
• Share the link of our prototype.
• Our interviewees use the application and we are showing them its functions.
• Value proposition: Is the application designed to be user friendly for customer
use? Use a score from 1 to 3 (1 is the lowest score and 3 is the highest score)
• What negative aspects does our application have?
• What can we improve in our application?

Test Name: Customer Segment
Experiments: Survey
Assigned to: Paul Cangahuala
People: We have created an 8 question survey for 10 people related to our customer
segment where they can answer yes or no.
Hypothesis: Is the proposed customer segment on our canvas correct?
Process: For this, we created a small survey that consists of 8 questions that are related
to our customer segment, and they are the following:
• Do you think delivery applications are very important today? (Y / N)
• Do you think delivery applications can be very useful for parents when they do not
have to prepare at home? (Y / N)
• Do you think that child nutrition has decreased in recent years? (Y / N)
• Do you consider that only the families of the economic sector A and B are the only
ones or the most relevant when it comes to using delivery applications? (Y / N)
• Do you think Metropolitan Lima is the best place to start an application delivery
service? (Y / N)
• Do you think 23-38 year olds are the most relevant customers using delivery apps?
(Y / N)
• Do you think that focusing on promoting healthy products for children is a good idea?
(Y / N)
• Do you think that a help app with nutritious and healthy proposals for people of any
age and especially children would be successful? (Y / N)
