Dear Jason,

Thank you very much for inviting me to the school reunion, but unfortunately, I can’t make it. I’m
awfully sorry but I have other plans. The truth is... I’m very busy that day, I must attend at a very
important business meeting with my colleagues. This is really unfortunate, because they put this
meeting to Saturday early evening. This event will last at least 4 hours, therefore I don’t think I can go
to the class reunion.

Tell the classmates, that I miss them, and I can’t wait to meet them as soon as possible. We should
organise another event at a better time. Don’t forget to send me pictures about the party, I’m
excited to see, how much everyone changed since the last we saw each other.
Sorry again I can’t make it, but I hope you will enjoy the reunion.
