I study Economics at Vietnam National University HCM in Vietnam.

Now I wish to learn more about

Management. After some research, I found this Google Coursera. This “Fundamentals of Management”
will give me a deep understanding of the basic concepts and theories of management while exploring
the manager's operational role in all types of organizations and help me gain insight into the manager's
responsibility in planning, organizing, leading, staffing and controlling within the workplace. Specially, I
will be able to learn to explain the difference between managers and leaders and use the SMART goal-
setting technique. I will also learn to describe the five functions of management and Understand the
power of building a network.

Completing this course gave me more confidence in my Management skills and a good foundation in my
favorite field. To reach that dream, I need to train myself by studying every day. With online learning, I
can choose the most flexible time according to my schedule. Therefore, it creates opportunities for me
to renew myself every day and update new knowledge. With Coursera's help, I aspire to gain more
expertise and become a true Manager. I will study thoroughly, on time, and meet deadlines according to
Coursera's regulations.
