When pupils are at school, it is crucial that they work as hard as they possibly can.

Teachers, in my
opinion, can push pupils to work hard by assigning grades. I believe this, which I shall discuss in further
detail in this essay.

To begin with, when a student has the possibility to earn grades, he will devote more time to his tasks,
absorbing more knowledge and achieving greater comprehension.

Furthermore, grades serve as a means of recognizing and rewarding students' efforts.

Finally, grades inspire pupils because they provide as a means of determining which members of a group
are brilliant

In conclusion, I am certain that grades motivate pupils to learn more and more. This is due to the fact
that they encourage and motivate pupils to work harder in their studies.
