-With better marketing stratergy the instituion can reachout and attract more potential students to
select the institution for their futher studies

-There will be a positive growth in the market expansion along with the growth in the number of

Implimenting proper CRM

-Better customer relationship will help to understand the need of the potential students and act
accordingly

-transperency regarding all the course and fees and other important informations in the college website
will also help to clear prospective students doubts and icrease their chances of them joining the
institution in the future

-a record of students who choose other institutions than hec will be maintained to know what led them
made that decision and improve and make changes to the institution accordingly

-Most of the documents where kept in hard document form it will be managed and stored as soft
documents instead of paper files which will make it easier to acess and use

- A website or app will be created specifically store and compile all the students data in a single place to
make a comprehensive student profile so that every service department can acess it and make use of it
accordingly
