Please be informed that the above subject has been deliberated during the State Planning Authority (SPA) meeting. The Authority has decided that any amendment made to the SPA approved plan regarding development of land, AVTC and subdivision of land can only be made twice (2). Any amendments that are made more than twice will be considered as resubmission and new application where Form Q or Form Q{R) plus required documentation will be necessary. 3. Exemption is made in the following circum nces i. Amendments made due to changes in policies and guidelines; ii. Amendments due to the requirements from relevant technical agencies; ji, Discrepancies of boundaries; and iv. Changes in land ownership . 4. Applicants and Qualified Persons are therefore advised to plan their proposal carefully. This circular is to take immediate effect from the date of this memorandum.
