We are living near a river and also the sea so basically, we are prone to flooding when it

starts to rain a little bit harder than usual. We have many evacuation sites here at our
place and thankfully our government here is always ready incase of disasters to
happen.

Disaster Plan:
We always store supplies incase of emergency, especially cash, first aid, and
snacks like biscuits and canned goods. Both my mother and fathers work at our
government so the connections are already there. The numbers to dial and who the
person to contact to in case of emergency. What we do when a strong rain happen is
that, first we need to feel the situation first, we must closely grasp the situation and
conclude if the rain would stop soon or will keep on pouring down unto us. Within 10
minutes of time, if the rain doesn’t show signs of slowing down then it is the time to get
ready to evacuate and leave. Worst case scenario is that if the rain started to get strong
from the start, our 10 minutes rule set will be neglected and evacuate as soon as
possible to prevent from possible injuries and the worst-case scenario.
