Cheesy potato balls

 3 lb Fresh Potato, Peeled And Cut Into 1 Inch Wedge


 ¼ cup Milk
 1 oz Heavy Cream
 ⅔ oz Butter
 1 pinch Salt And Pepper To Taste
 2 oz Cheese Cube
 2 cup Bread Crumbs
 5.2 oz Ground Beef
 3.5 oz Onion
 2 oz Carrot
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Step 1
In a large skillet over high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, add onion,
carrot and ground beef, cook, stirring until beef done.

Step 2
Bring 2 to 3 cups of water (enough to cover potato pieces) to a boil,
add potatoes and stir occasionally, until potatoes are soften. When
potatoes are done, remove from heat and drain immediately.
Step 3
In a large bowl, add potatoes and press to mash them; add milk,
heavy cream, butter, salt and pepper, and cooked beef; mix
thoroughly.

Step 4
Shape into 1.5 inch ball poke a hole in the middle, put a cheese
cube in reshaping. Then roll in bread crumbs, let it stand for a few
minutes.
Step 5
In a large skillet over high heat, heat oil to 350°F / 180°C, deep fry
potato balls, stir occasionally, until golden brown.
