2 tbsp Cooking oil
3 Egg
⅓ cup Onion, diced
⅓ cup Carrots, diced
1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups Rice, cooked
⅓ cup Corn kernel
⅓ cup Green peas
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Black pepper
¼ cup Green onion, chopped
½ Lemon, juiced
Step 1
Dice carrot and onion.
Step 2
Remove corn kernels from the cob.
Step 3
In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, rapidly swirl in small circles
around the pan, and pour in egg mixture to make scrambled
eggs.
Step 4
In the same pan with scrambled eggs, add the following
ingredients: diced onions, diced carrots, shrimp, cooked rice,
corn kernels, peas, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a pinch of black
pepper, a little lemon juice, and chopped green onion. Stir-fry
until completely mixed.
