Shrimp Fried Rice

 2 tbsp Cooking oil
 3 Egg
 ⅓ cup Onion, diced
 ⅓ cup Carrots, diced
 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
 2 cups Rice, cooked
 ⅓ cup Corn kernel
 ⅓ cup Green peas
 1 tbsp Soy sauce
 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
 1 tsp Black pepper
 ¼ cup Green onion, chopped
 ½ Lemon, juiced

 Step 1
 Dice carrot and onion.

 Step 2
 Remove corn kernels from the cob.

 Step 3
 In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, rapidly swirl in small circles
around the pan, and pour in egg mixture to make scrambled
eggs.

 Step 4
 In the same pan with scrambled eggs, add the following
ingredients: diced onions, diced carrots, shrimp, cooked rice,
corn kernels, peas, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a pinch of black
pepper, a little lemon juice, and chopped green onion. Stir-fry
until completely mixed.
