SERVICE MARKETING ASSIGNMENT

I have visited a clothing store to purchase cloths.


When I have entered the store, the sales man greeted me and escorted me to
men’s section and he showed me some new models and explained me about
which cloth material they used to make it and some other details like price,
quality of product etc. And then he waited patiently till the end of my purchase
and escorted me back to the bill desk to bill my items.

OUTCOME FAIRNESS: I have satisfied by the end products and the salesman
answered all my questions patiently and he also suggested me some items and I
have satisfied with the salesman suggestions.

PROCEDURAL FAIRNESS: After selecting the models they have responded quickly
and provided me with the correct sizes and after selection they started billing
process and they started packing the items Infront of me and at the end they
handed mw the end products and the bill invoice.

INTERACTIONAL FAIRNESS: The sales person who handled me treated me well and
he was so jovial, and he answered all my questions with patience and without any
hesitation, and clarified all my doubts and he waited patiently till the end of the
process.
OUTCOMES EXPECTED BY THE STORE: They expected from me to provide with the
customer review and they also asked me to share my shopping experience with
others.
OUTCOMES EXPECTED BY ME: The items I purchased are high quality, trendy, and
items are in budget. And I had a great shopping experience.
