Solid-State reversing contactor or hybrid motor starter for the

infeed shaft
On the 2,4A Solid-State reversing contactor or hybrid motor starter for
the infeed shaft following error can occur.

This error is indicated by the LED's :

PWR LED: on
ERR LED: blinking
L LED: off
R LED: off

This error code means symmetrie fault and occur when two of the Motor
currents are more than 30% different.

The error could happen:

• if the power supply have fluctuations

• if there is a different load on the phases.
• if a current is lower than the lowest adjustable current on the unit (If this
happen, the Solid-State reversing contactor or hybrid motor starter set the
measured value to zero and calculate to the second current. In this case there
is 100% asymmetry).

This error has to be reset with the reset button.

From March 2012 all new machines will be equipped the 0,6A hybrid motor starter for
the infeed shaft

Should occur one of the above mentioned errors, you have the swap the 2.4 A device
with a 0.6 A version.
This applies only to the infeed shaft
