Dear, Maam/ Sir.

We are pleased to submit our labor and materials cost quotation for the proposed office
expansion. In the amount of One Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Pesos (P 189,000.00) only. Based on
our site visit and inspection, we gathered from you that the project has to be expanded towards the
Cold room, hence expanding the existing office area.
