LOCATION: Jomat Building, 21 J.P. Laurel Ave, Lanang, Davao City, 8000 Davao del Sur

Dear, Maam/ Sir.

We are pleased to submit our labor and materials cost quotation for the proposed office
expansion. In the amount of Two Hundred Five Thousand Pesos (P 205,000.00) only. The amount is
negotiable. Based on our site visit and inspection, we gathered from you that the project has to be
expanded towards the Cold room, hence expanding the existing office area.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

- DESMANTLING OF EXISTING PARTITION WALL

- ERECTION OF PROPOSED WALLS
- DOORS AND WINDOW (CLEAR GLASS)
- ELECTRICAL WORKS
- PAINTING WORKS
- FILING CABINET (3 sets)
