Louis Armstrong

Biography…
Louis Armstrong was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on August 4,
1901. He was raised by his mother in a dangerous neighborhood it
was called “The Battlefield.” He only had a fifth-grade education,
dropping out of school early to go to work. An early job working for
the Jewish Karnofsky family allowed Armstrong to make enough
money to purchase his first cornet.

“What a Wonderful World” is a song first recorded by Louis

Armstrong and released as a single in 1967. Intended as an antidote
for the increasingly racially and politically charged climate of
everyday life in the United States, the song also has a
hopeful, optimistic tone with regard to the future, with reference to
babies being born into the world and having much to look forward
to.
There were created several books and images inspired in this song.
The message then as now is just as important be hopeful, be
optimistic and practice peace.
But how did “What a wonderful world” regard the
environment?
In this song the writer is praising his surroundings and how happy
he is with the blessings of nature. He says that we have everything to
praise and be thankful for. He is appreciating all the things present
in the environment. He says that we should take care of the nature
and appreciate it.

It mentions how beautiful our environment is right now that makes

us realise to take care of it and never ignore it..

This song has been heard all over the world. By all kinds of people
and children.

This song and the optimism that it transmits make us think

about all the good things about this word, instead of just
focusing on the bad and that we have so much to be happy
about.
Even so simple this song is really inspiring and beautiful.
