Three Examples of Domain 7 Experiences Areas of Interest in Growth
I only have examples for one of the domain experiences, I really need to improve in my advoca ng for resources/
because this is an area of extreme growth for me. As far as support. Since we are a small interna onal school, we don’t

about advoca ng for proper resources, and support for ps, but that doesn’t mean that it is an excuse for me to

mee ngs also include curriculum and resource discussions.
We will talk through the needs of our classes or our speci c
students and see how we can allocate resources to those
groups.

Summary of Strengths and Areas of Possible Growth

Overall, my strengths are in the area of sharing assessment analysis with colleagues and collabora ng on ways to improve
my teaching overall. I think that I am strong in crea ng a posi ve and welcoming atmosphere where colleagues feel
comfortable asking for help, o ering sugges ons or seeking support. I try to put my students rst and when reviewing
curriculum or classroom prac ce am seeking the best resources and opportuni es for my students.

The areas of growth that I see as a trend is my leadership among colleagues. I have yet to be in a role where I am
suppor ng or teaching colleagues in their teaching prac ce or in other PD domains. I would like to see growth in that area
this year. Also, I need to improve on my advocacy for myself, my colleagues and my students. Despite the limited resources
at our school, I need to be proac ve in seeking out my own resources and supports.
